Remember! There is a halftime break for yoga practice

Students who have practiced yoga know that during the practice process, the coach will give everyone a break every time they complete a move. Some students don't quite understand why the break in the middle is emphasized when practicing yoga, especially beginners. They always hope to practice with a lot of exercise to relieve the soreness, and often practice several movements at a time-because they don't understand the importance of rest, they feel that rest is a waste of time. In fact, this idea is wrong. It is very important to know that relaxation after a posture.

First of all, you can only feel the effect of the previous posture when you relax your body after completing a posture. For example: After clearing the meridians of your arm, relax your whole body, especially feel the flow of blood in your arm, which flows to each tip of your finger-promoting blood circulation in the nerve endings of your arm, and your hands are warm and ruddy. Secondly, relaxing the whole body after completing one posture is to allow the next posture to stretch the body better. Therefore, when practicing yoga, do each posture as far as you can and stay for a while (in order to stimulate this area). Then slowly return to the original posture. Relax your body and close your eyes to regulate your breathing. Then perform the next position.

Therefore, we should all pay attention to the rest in the middle of practice, and don't blindly act because we are wasting time, affect the effect of practice, or even backfire.
