Yoga poses are part of Hata Yoga. The purpose of practicing is to allow the body to sit down comfortably and firmly and enter meditation. For the four words "comfort" and "stability", our practice of the formula must go deep into every hand and every gesture, and carefully explore the strength direction of every joint and body of the body. Asana practice is divided into standing pose, forward bend pose, back bend pose, lateral bend pose, twist pose and inverted pose. What is very interesting is that this precise practice of postures does not involve the teacher shouting the command and the students lining up to do the exercises in a neat manner. Instead, the teacher has an understanding of each student's body structure and provides targeted guidance on the practice of each postures, so that the practice process of students is as if they have personally participated in an operation, have a further understanding of the body structure, and understand the precautions and essentials that they need to master when practicing.
The practice of refining asanas taught me to abandon the flashy surface of asanas, not blindly pursue the ultimate difficulty of asanas, patiently disassemble asanas one by one, make every link accurate, and deepen the process of making asanas. experience. From the opening, stretching or twisting of each joint, I experience the heat burning from the bones, tightening the loose body, evaporating excess water, and lifting energy from the spine, making people feel like after bathing. It's refreshing but not tired. When the course ended and I walked out of the classroom, I felt that I was no longer a graceful woman, but like a soldier who was about to go out on an expedition, with a loud footsteps.
Now, a few basic refinement exercises are added almost every morning. When it takes forty to fifty breaths, I feel that my legs are no longer made of muscles and bones, but a hot iron bar standing there.
