In the past, due to hosting a program, there were often pressure from time lag, diet and time travel, which caused poor bowel movements in the long run. However, due to practicing yoga, gastrointestinal peristalsis was increased, and it was necessary to take lactic acid bacteria prescribed by a doctor for many years to solve the problem. The troubling chronic disease was cured without medicine.
