Yin Yan: The way of thinking has been changed
"I can't wait to practice yoga every day." Yin Yan raised his head slightly, and a few strands of hair dyed purple followed suit. Despite being a mother of two, Yin is still in good shape. Yin spends about an hour practicing yoga every day, either in the living room at home or in the yoga studio in Ritan Park. Yoga has become an indispensable part of her life.
Recalling learning about yoga, Yin Yan laughed and said that his body was as stiff as cement. On the 7th in India, under the guidance of her teacher, she found that her body had become soft and relaxed, and the questions she brought about in life gradually became clear-where is the happiness? Who am I? What do I want? In a fast-moving business environment, Yin Yan once found himself becoming hardened and even bossy. Although such involuntary supporting actions when making decisions were due to position requirements, they did suppress nature and femininity.
After pausing to comb himself with the help of yoga, Yin realized that his long-lost nature was restored. It is difficult for her to explain whether she chose yoga or whether yoga chose her."The singing of monks on the Ganges River made me calm. During those days, I accumulated too much emotion for life." Looking through the serious photos that used to feel like "Du Yan Mountain", Yin Yan admitted that he could not relax too much during the initial struggle period. When you are young, you often seize opportunities hard, but when you have a certain foundation and foundation and can manipulate some opportunities, you must obey your inner arrangements. Yin believes that 30 is a relatively mature age and can control the direction of one's life.
Like other modern people, Yin Yan faces pressure from all aspects almost every day. How to balance yourself and increase the quality of life, Yin Yan believes that yoga is a good medicine. "Most importantly, yoga has changed the way I think." Yin Yan paused for a moment, but there was no exaggeration at all.
The first rule of the Yoga Sutra is "Be the master of your own brain." Yin explained that previously she thought that what the brain thought was her own wishes, but yoga believed that what the brain thought was often the temptation given to you by the outside world. Others think that success is like this, happiness is like this, and this is an opportunity, and the brain can't help but follow, so it is sometimes a thing that goes with the flow.
Clear thinking and free from external interference are the life Yin Yan wants. She used to be the editor-in-chief of a women's fashion magazine, showing an independent personality. When others do this, why don't I? Should I? Yin found that people always use a lot of virtual contexts to trouble themselves, so they were exhausted and involuntarily. Yin Yan does not deny that the fame, status and wealth brought by his current entrepreneurship may not be as good as other options, but the former can make him more happy. The general goal of life is to be meaningful, beautiful and happy, and everything else is just a formality. If people laugh in front of them and people lament in front of them, wouldn't it be a mess of "injustice"? Yin Yan thought very clearly about all these.
Before the age of 30, Yin Yan had several cards in his hand: a bachelor's degree in French from Peking University, a master's degree in Beijing Film Academy, a doctorate in film from Sorbonne University in Paris, France, and an MBA from the HEC School of Business in Paris. She bid farewell to French television, Friends of Health and ELLE, and finally chose to start her own business. Continuing to cruise in the field of creative media, Yin Yan gained more free space for development. Youji Yoga Studio is not only her second business, but also her wish and blessing.
There is no only objective fact, and subjectivity can determine the nature of the fact. This is another revelation from yoga to Yin Yan. If you are happy, the world in front of you will be happy; if you are pessimistic, the world in front of you will be pessimistic. It is not a particularly serious matter, but if people feel that they are under too much pressure, they will appear fragile and sensitive. Yin Yan described it as like a full cup of water, and one more drop will burst out. Pressure is concentrated in the brain, which makes it feel like the head explodes, while yoga helps relieve pressure in the brain and adjust the energy of the body.
If yoga is equated with being aloof from the world, Yin Yan will vote against it. She feels that yoga is not inconsistent with commercial competition, but is actually conducive to staying sober in the competition. Although he talks about business, Yin believes that the "harmony" advocated by yoga is more important. Modern commercial society emphasizes win-win results. Businessmen must not only protect their own interests, but also respect the interests of others. In all things, Yin Yan reminded his colleagues not to be too greedy. In the end, he would not even have friends. Yin Yan is very satisfied with his current lifestyle: doing what he likes can have a certain influence in the industry, make more friends, and satisfy his creative desire about fashion and movies.
The movements of yoga may seem complicated, but in fact, the threshold is very low and requires gradual progress. In Yin Yan's view, the most difficult thing to master in yoga is balance and concentration. For example, if you stand on one leg, if you suddenly think that a certain content in your work has not been implemented, it will fall off. Another example is candlelight meditation. The method is to meditate and try to find the image of the candle between the eyebrows, which is intended to train the focus of thinking. Control your vision from the wick to the halo. Yin Yan said that if there are distracting thoughts in your mind, you can't find anything.
After practicing yoga for nearly two years, Yin Yan has consciously become more peaceful. After practicing yoga at 6 o'clock every morning, I feel comfortable, my energy is doubled, and my whole body is adjusted. As the manager of the film company, she will encounter many emergencies, including twists and turns in film project approval, budget gaps, problems with topic selection, etc. Sometimes she does feel exhausted physically and mentally, and can't help but shift the pressure to her daughter after returning home. But now Yin Yan consciously calmed down. Even in the face of neurotic accusations from her partners, she would talk about solutions calmly and gently, rather than respond with the same fierce emotions.
"I am very clear now. Even if my behavior is not recognized by those around me, I know what I want." After Yin Yan finished speaking, he slowly stood up from the yoga mat, looked forward, and placed his hands together on his head. (Editor in charge: Zhao Ruilan)
