We are "people in the circle" of yoga

▲ Stand firmly and straight: Stand with your feet in a T shape or put your heels together to form a V shape.

▲ Start: Start from a T-shaped standing position, keep the front foot in a forward position, and push the rear foot outward, and you will have the power to move forward.

▲ Sliding: In order to maintain a good balance while sliding, lift one foot slightly and place it in front of the other foot, and bend your knees.

▲ Swing of the body: Put the center of gravity on your left foot, push with your right foot, stretch it out to the outside, and slide; then put your feet parallel. Next, put your center of gravity on your right foot, push your left foot outward, stretch, and slide, so that left and right are constantly exchanged.

▲ Body posture: The body is slightly half-squatting, as if to sit. Extend your feet forward and bend your knees and ankles to relax the weight on the entire pair of shoes.

▲ Stop: Slide in the above posture, keep your feet close to each other, slide the foot with the brake forward slightly, so that your feet are about half a foot away, lift your toes until the brake touches the ground, and then slowly move the weight to the brake, increase the pressure until you stop.
