Fengchi and Tianzhu acupoints in the recess of the neck are acupoints that can prevent and treat presbyopic eyes. These two acupoints are very close, 2 centimeters to the left and right of the recess of the neck. When leaning back, these two acupoints are compressed. Hold your head back for 15 seconds, then slowly straighten it out, suddenly open your eyes and look into the distance for about 1 minute. Then repeat the movements of closing your eyes and leaning your head back, and practice it again 10 times. Finally, turn your eyes 5 times, let your eyes try to look obliquely and upward for 15 seconds, and use traction to exercise the ciliary muscles of your eyes to enhance elasticity, once in the morning and evening every day.
