What is high temperature yoga?

The so-called high temperature yoga refers to a kind of yoga practiced in a high temperature environment. The temperature in the exercise room is generally maintained between 95 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately 35-37.8 degrees Celsius). Therefore, it can be imagined that if you practice a set of high-intensity yoga movements in this environment, it will encourage the body to expel a large amount of sweat and at the same time help the body eliminate toxins in the body. In this environment, the body will become very warm and more flexible.
