In order to adjust the disorderly floating qi, a "breathing method" was created. In addition, from the perspective of yoga philosophy,"Qi" is the foundation of the transformation of all natural things in the universe. If the "qi" of the body's small universe is not harmonious with the "qi" of nature, diseases will occur.
