Drink water-Before class, follow the yoga center's instructions to not eat for 3 hours before training and drink a large glass of water 20 minutes before class.

Changing clothes-changing into comfortable sportswear, walking into the high-temperature yoga classroom, you will be greeted with a burst of hot air. The atmosphere in the slightly dimly lit room was extremely quiet. There were already about 15 people sitting, some of whom had pink faces and arms, and they had obviously been in for a while. Everyone was surrounded by a bottle of water and 2 towels provided by the yoga center.

Preparation-Because it was our first time here, the coach specially arranged for us to lie next to a door so that we could breathe at any time. The coach first introduced the basic course arrangement and reminded the students to drink water, and then began to practice. As soon as I first performed 1 or 2 movements, I began to sweat. Each posture coach requires it to be repeated once, and the speed is relatively fast. After completing each position, there is breathing adjustment and relaxation, but many people still sweat down each action.

Sweating-At this temperature, the body seems to be more flexible and stretch to its maximum extent. Thirty minutes later, sweat was already pouring out unscrupulously, and his clothes were almost soaked through. I drank water several times, but the speed at which I sweated seemed to be faster than the speed at which I drank water, and I felt that many toxins were expelled from my body.

Taking a shower-finally the last action. Although the movements were not difficult, my body still felt tired. I rushed into the shower room and completely rushed behind me.
