After drinking the water, the next procedure is to change clothes. Generally speaking, when practicing high-temperature yoga, the club will provide students with special yoga clothes. Since I heard that high-temperature yoga sweats a lot, I had prepared a set of sportswear with good sweat absorption performance. After changing it, the staff handed over another glass of water to moisten his throat during practice later, and there was also a towel to wipe off sweat.

It was almost time for class. I followed the coach into the high-temperature yoga classroom. There was a burst of hot air and the air was slightly humid. The high temperature of 42 degrees Celsius is indeed worthy of its reputation, and my face suddenly feels hot and hot. More than a dozen students each found neatly arranged blue cushions and sat down. There were many beautiful women, haha. Under the "baking" at high temperatures, many people's faces and arms slowly turned pink, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Okay, it's time to start. The coach first briefly introduced the basic course arrangement, and at the same time reminded the students that they were thirsty and could drink water at the right time, and then began to practice. I started to sweat after doing a few movements. There are a total of 26 types of high-temperature yoga. First, do a few movements while sitting, then do the movements while lying down, and then do it while standing. Each posture starts slowly, then sets it for a while, and then slowly restores it. After completing each position, the coach would prompt for breathing adjustment and relaxation, but many people's clothes on their backs were soaked through. Needless to say, as a beginner, I'm like a bead of sweat pouring down with one action. I estimate that the air humidity in Guangzhou will increase a lot as a result, hehe. However, it seems that medical science says that a lot of sweating can take away toxins from the body, especially the skin, so the more I shed, the happier I feel: Let the sweat come more violently.

At this high temperature, the flexibility of the body seems to be improved and stretching can be maximized. Yoga teachers have also been encouraging us to try our best. Most of the other students have been training for a few months, so they are familiar with the movements. Movements such as cross-legged are not a problem for them, but it is troublesome for me. For example, there is an action that requires splitting a leg, and then leaning down, with the abdomen, chest, and chin pressed against the floor. I can't do this action. However, one trainee told me that it would be no problem to do high-temperature yoga a few more times.

Relax/retract

Sweat was already pouring out unscrupulously, and his clothes were almost soaked through. After about an hour, all the high-temperature yoga movements were completed.

At this time, the lights in the classroom were turned off, the far infrared light was turned off, and the temperature dropped slightly. All major parts of the body were read it again, and through the music, the idea of relaxation filled his body.
