4. Toe skills

This is a difficult move! Put your hands together, move your foot to the groin of the other leg, squat slowly, then balance on your hands, then continue to squat slowly. Finally, squat on one foot, then lift your heel, and balance yourself completely on your toes. Be careful not to fall.

5. Camels

Kneel on your knees and "bow back". How much you can do depends on each person and is not forced. But to control yourself, look backward as much as possible, support your hands on your heels, and make your knees at a right angle.

6. Cobra

Lie down with your face down and lift your head up as much as possible, just like a cobra. Don't think it's a relaxing exercise. It's not easy to do it.
