Approaching the mysterious high-temperature yoga
traceability high temperature yoga
It is understood that "high temperature yoga" has emerged in India in the East. In the Indian concept, a high temperature and hot environment is the healthiest for the body. Westerners use modern heating equipment to recreate the practice of traditional Indian yoga. environment. As a result, the so-called high-temperature yoga was born.
High temperature yoga was founded by Indian yoga master Bikram Choudhury, so its official English name is Bikram Yoga, and most of its Chinese translations are "high temperature yoga" or "hot yoga."
In high temperature yoga, the yoga master retained the 26 postures of the original Hatha Yoga and arranged them scientifically. These 26 movements are scientifically arranged in the order of traction and heating according to the characteristics of human muscles, ligaments and tendons. Yoga masters believe that if the practitioner jumps to the 15th move without properly preparing the relevant muscles, the result will be as unpleasant as doing a hasty back somersault. Therefore, when practicing, you must follow the order instructed by the coach, otherwise you will make mistakes.
High-temperature yoga requires practitioners to stay at room temperature of 35--42℃ because yoga masters believe that practicing yoga without the body being heated can easily be injured. This is like heating a piece of steel, and it can be easily changed with a hammer. Change it to the shape you imagine, and there is no way to change steel that is not heated with a hammer.
Advocates of high temperature yoga believe that this set of movements can harmoniously restore the body to a balanced state in 90 minutes, allowing the whole body to be exercised. It can systematically deliver 100% oxygen-filled fresh blood to all parts of the body, allowing them to return to a healthy and natural working state.
The efficacy of high temperature yoga
1. Losing weight has a significant effect on obesity caused by water accumulation in tissue cells.
2. Burn body fat by exercising at high temperatures to achieve this effect.
3. Enhance the function of the heart, lungs and kidneys by practicing breathing and whole-body exercise to achieve this effect.
4. Increase the softness of the body, reduce the feeling of pain and reduce the chance of injury.
5. Regulate personal emotions and stress to make your mood peaceful and optimistic.
6. Promote metabolism, enhance immunity, and improve joint flexibility.
7. Stimulate the lymphatic system, expel toxins from the body, quickly eliminate fat, and make the skin bright and shiny.
8. Balancing diet and regulating endocrine.
9. Promote sleep by adjusting stress.
10. Promote blood circulation and improve internal circulation in the human body. Although high-temperature yoga can accelerate the metabolism and consumption of calories, it still needs to be combined with diet adjustments to help lose weight.
High temperature yoga requirements for temperature and venue
It should be at a constant temperature and the air is convective with the outside. It is by no means an airtight space.
Doing yoga in a hot place such as an oven doesn't mean you're practicing hot yoga. Although high-temperature yoga is carried out in places with high temperatures, a suitable high-temperature yoga venue should be at a constant temperature and the air is interactively convective with the outside. It is by no means an airtight space, especially when it is particularly easy to feel oxygen-deficient. People who are sensitive to it should be extra careful. Unless they are healthy and experienced yoga masters, it is recommended to choose a place where a professional instructor is present, which is safer.
Drinking more water is the key
About 1 to 2 hours before doing high-temperature yoga, you must drink at least 1000cc of water to replenish enough water for all cells in the body to avoid the danger of heat stroke and dehydration. However, drinking water is learned. Injecting 500cc of water in one breath will increase the burden on the kidneys and may cause kidney edema. It is correct and healthy to replenish water in a small amount and multiple times. Moreover, you must never suddenly enter a low-temperature air-conditioned room from a high temperature environment. You must wait until your body temperature cools down a little, so as to prevent the heart's blood vessels from being unable to withstand the sharp changes in temperature difference for a while.
Friendly reminder:
Not everyone is suitable for practicing high-temperature yoga, and people who have long-term chronic diseases should not practice it, such as heart disease, diabetes, epilepsy, kidney disease, severe liver disease, hypertension, etc. It is not suitable for some patients with acute diseases, such as colds and fevers, because high-temperature yoga exercises are not conducive to recovery when the body is weak.
