Kundalini Yoga, the word kundalini is "Panlong", which can also be translated as Panlong Yoga. Also known as Snake King Yoga.

Kundalini Yoga develops the theory of qi meridians of raja yoga, which clearly states that 72000 long qi meridians are spread throughout the body. Among them, ida pinga and sushumna (sushumna) Three meridians, seven mysterious centers (three meridians and seven chakras)(Muladhara at Genchi point, swadhisthana at Genji point, manipura at Shengju point on the navel, anahata at the heart, vishuddhi at the neck and throat, ajna between the two eyebrows, sahasrara at the top of the head), five qi (Life root qi, ascending qi, parallel qi, descending qi, and universal qi); Kundalini Yoga believes that the seven points or chiba lotus flowers form a whole because the three major qi veins are interconnected and interconnected, and each point or lotus flower forms a center of its own, and the life information in the body flows among these seven points or lotus flowers. In the average person's body, these seven acupuncture points or lotus flowers are usually closed, or at most partially open. This is because the breath of life moves through this only open gap, which is enough to maintain the needs of life. But Kundalini Yogis believe that this is a state of inferiority and incompetence in the human body.

According to Kundalini Yoga, there lies a world-large coiled dragon lying in the root acupuncture point, which is called kundalini sakti. Yogi can make the state of isolating the life breath in the body disappear through the three secrets of body secret language and mind secret. The coiling dragon sleeping in the root hold is urged by Internal Qi to stretch upwards and break through every acupuncture point or lotus flower. The breath of life flows smoothly between the seven acupuncture points, accumulating a strong coiling dragon in the body. Once it is smooth up and down, you can achieve the superb samadhi stabilization.

Nowadays, there are quite few people practicing Kundalini Yoga because Kundalini has high requirements on people. Yogis who have been practicing regularly for decades have not obtained any magical power or samadhi realm. Kundalini yoga is a more difficult method to practice in yoga. Only by perseverance can you gain strength. Nourishi yoga was originally a method that gained magical powers through sublimation by enhancing the human body's sexual force. However, now it has increasingly become a way to worship sexual force and increase the sexual force between men and women.

Awakening the Kundalini Snake

Everyone has a sense of tension about the Kundalini snake. Some people also said that this method is too dangerous. My personal understanding is that if you can enter meditation quietly, then it is not difficult to try to get in touch with Kundalini. If your mind is as calm as water, how can you feel afraid?

Fear is generated by the heart, and the mind is controlled by the mind. If you cannot control your thoughts and feel uneasy during meditation, then what you need now is meditation. What you need is to stay in meditation and practice constantly.

I practiced crystal meditation before I learned about the Kundalini Snake. I also read some Taoist inner meditation exercises and found many similarities. I personally benefited from it. The power of meditation is beyond words, but after reading everyone's messages recently, I understand that meditation still has opinions. It can be said that if one has a certain level of cultivation, one cannot enter the advanced meditation chapter. It can also be said that not everyone can deal with true advanced meditation. My original intention was to hope that everyone would come with me to understand deeper knowledge of yoga and have higher cultivation. Now I understand that there are some things that are not suitable for everyone to practice, so if you feel uncomfortable or afraid of the Kundalini snake, don't practice it. Let's consolidate the previous content first.:) Snake? In fact, you don't have to think of it as a snake, it is actually a huge force. Yoga calls it a snake. The method of awakening the Kundali snake in yoga is relatively complex and requires the combination of many exercises. It is not enough for those who really want to have a higher cultivation in yoga to read what I wrote. My serials are only aimed at most women. So I have adjusted the method to awaken the Kundalini snake here.

1. Sit well in your comfortable meditation position

2. Calm down

3. Take a deep breath and think about it. This is what Miss Bao did: )

4. Place both hands on your knees, palms facing up

5. Lay the fingertips of your index fingers and thumbs together, and bend the other fingers naturally

6. Keep your body straight, but at the same time not tense, relax

7. Now use your left or right hand to press the position of the submarine wheel, and keep the other hand in the original position. Just the approximate location will do. The most accurate position is in your heart.

8. Close your eyes, and then visualize the heat from the entire body slowly input from the palm of your hand and poured directly into the position of the submarine chakra. The heat slowly approaches the Kundalini snake, and the heat continues from your body to the palm and then to the submarine chakra and then to the snake.

9. Visualize the persistent heat that causes the snake to begin to wake up.

This exercise is difficult but not difficult. If you are calm and can concentrate on the entire exercise process, you will find it not difficult. If you are not calm and you are just learning for the sake of learning, then I suggest you practice your movements.
