Yoga is a blessing for menopausal women
When a woman goes through menopause, there are great physical and psychological changes. I have been troubled by menopause for the past few years. When I almost collapsed, I accidentally came into contact with yoga, which really saved my life!
After getting up every morning, I always practice yoga postures and meditation with reverence and joy. After years of practice, I can already do postures such as leg back stretching and corner bending pose very comfortably. Yujia postures and meditation not only make my body healthier and more energetic, but also make my soul more calm and peaceful. Perhaps due to age, various symptoms of menopause approached me step by step, and I felt powerless. That is, at this moment, I accepted yoga practice. Due to the extreme rigidity of my body when I am old, my body has changed little in the first three months of practice, and I am a little discouraged. But teacher yoga is full of confidence in me and keeps encouraging me: the key to practicing yoga is persistence, day after day, month after month without being intimidated by "repetition." If you persist in the end, you can change yourself and your body will definitely become healthy. The teacher's words gave me great encouragement, so I practiced for an hour every day (40 minutes of position position, 20 minutes of meditation). Gradually, I found myself getting taller and taller, and getting healthier. The symptoms of menopause gradually disappeared.
In the fifth month of practice, I suddenly found that my menstrual cycle had become so regular. I was very surprised and happy. It was completely unexpected that for a person with an extremely stiff body like me, yoga became the best choice for menopausal exercise. I practice yoga positions and meditation persevere every day. I can feel that my body and mind are undergoing tremendous changes. There is always a strong energy surging outward in my heart. This feeling brings me great joy. After the eighth month, I was able to practice double lotus flowers as I wished. My back is more upright, the yoga posture stretches my limbs, strengthening the strength of my abdominal muscles, and the thigh muscles are no longer loose. By practicing flame breathing, I have sent waves of relaxation, calmness and softness to my angry body and mind. My body gradually bid farewell to menopause, and my spirit is even more vigorous. Here I introduce two yoga postures to the ladies who are undergoing menopause. As long as I keep practicing every day, You will no longer fret about the pain of menopause. Yoga is a constant sport. It is comfortable and relaxing.
Years of practice have made me unable to imagine the rapid changes in my body and mind. If I didn't touch yoga, I wouldn't even dare to think about what my body would be like. Maybe it would be the shape of an old woman, and the medicine jar might last my life. I am no longer the one I used to be. My life has become so calm. Yujia will accompany me for the rest of my life, practicing yoga unremittingly and immersing myself in it. Now I consciously practice yoga all kinds of stretching and balancing while riding, walking, shopping, and cooking. It can be said that there are changes everywhere.
Here are two classic yoga moves:
butterfly
Strengthen the back, so that women's usually sagging uterus can be stretched horizontally by pressing down, allowing blood to circulate to the abdominal cavity, nourishing the uterus and ovaries.
Reclining hero pose
This position is the cornerstone of menopausal health. It expands your body's hips and pelvis well and injects fresh vitality into the digestive and reproductive systems.
Having said that, I just hope to share this experience with my fellow women who are troubled by menopause. Ladies, keep practicing yoga. It will definitely be a blessing for you to get rid of your illness. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
