Prevention of black spots: From mountain pose to standing forward bend
Prevent black spots
Black spots are mainly caused by poor metabolism of skin melanin and deposition in the skin. Putting aside inherent spots, most of the spots that occur after birth are caused by ultraviolet radiation or declining physical health. Generally speaking, the skin's metabolic cycle is 28 days. The normal phenomenon is that melanin will gradually advance to the skin surface with metabolism and finally peel off with keratin. Melatonin can be found in foods such as cucumbers, bananas, and eggplants. Vitamins also have significant effects in removing pigments and beautifying skin. For example, vitamin A and vitamin E can resist nerve cell aging, promote blood circulation, regulate hormone secretion, inhibit skin aging, and make skin smooth. The yoga postures described below can prevent black spots.
From mountain pose to standing forward bend
1. Stand with your feet together, lift your toes so that your body's weight is evenly distributed on the soles of your feet and heels. After you balance your body, put your toes back on the floor and breathe deeply through your nose. This is the mountain style.
Note: Imagine you are being pulled towards the ceiling by a string tied to the top of your head; your weight is evenly distributed across your feet.
2. Inhale, gently stretch your arms away from your side and upward until your palms are closed above the top of your head. Look up and notice your fingers so that they can fully draw your body towards the ceiling and stretch up.
Note: Close your hands when your lungs are full of air; look up, but do not bend back.
3. Exhale and bend forward from your hips. If necessary, bend your knees. Touch the floor on either side of your toes with your fingertips and place your chin on your knees.
Note: Pull your chin slightly inward and downward, and stretch your fingers fully when you bend forward.
4. Inhale, keep the tips of your fingers on the ground, lift your upper chest, and straighten your legs as far as possible, but don't force it. Exhale and return to step 3; inhale and return to step 2.
5. When exhaling, put your hands back on your sides and pay attention to evenly distribute your weight on your feet, hips and shoulders.
Repeat the entire process 5 times without pause.
Efficacy: Promote blood circulation, regulate hormone secretion, and make skin smooth. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
