New fashion move: high-temperature yoga

New fashion move: high-temperature yoga0

As the name suggests, high-temperature yoga means doing yoga in a high temperature environment. But what kind of temperature is high? Where does this high temperature come from? Will high temperatures have side effects on the human body? High-temperature yoga refers to completing 19 yoga movements in 60 minutes at an indoor temperature of 32℃-38 ℃. Such high temperatures depend on volcanic rocks.

Because of its high temperature environment, high-temperature yoga can achieve faster and better effects than normal temperature yoga, such as stimulating the lymphatic system, detoxification, and rapid fat elimination; enhancing cardiopulmonary function, promoting blood circulation and metabolism; strengthening muscles, and exercising body softness. But people with epilepsy, heart disease, high blood pressure, severe colds, fever, kidney disease and diabetes are not suitable for high-temperature yoga. (Internship Editor: Zhang Xing)
