Yoga poses that strengthen pancreas function
Sit on the ground, grab your right foot with your left hand and place your right hand behind your body.
Slowly press your body downward to the right to the maximum, look at the ceiling, grab your left foot with your right hand, hold for 6 10 seconds; then press sideways in the opposite direction.
Return to sitting on the ground, legs together, chest out and head up, and hold your hands back for 6-10 seconds.
Slowly lift your arms up from the sides of your body, holding your arms between your ears and trying to breathe in.
When exhaling, slowly bend the upper body to the maximum, touch the knees with your head, reach out to your toes, hold your feet, and hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Slowly lift your head when inhaling, grab both toes with both hands to keep your back stretched and your chest upright, lean your head up towards the ceiling, and hold this position for 10 to 20 seconds.
