Yoga meditation gives your heart a moment of rest

Chapter 6:29 of the Pughavad Gita says that only by relying on yoga to stop the desire to run away can the desire to run away. Chapter 6:18 also says that if a yogi can control his inner activities, clear all material desires, and achieve transcendence, then he is the highest state of yoga.

Yoga meditation also has a very positive impact on people's health. Yoga meditators will also feel less nervous, angry, etc. because they are more peaceful inside. This in turn means that he is less likely to suffer from many of the illnesses caused by stress and depression. In a sense, since the person's immune system is closely linked to the person's mentality, it can be said that yoga and meditation are the most powerful preventive medicine.

Yoga meditation practitioners are also more likely to give up bad habits that can destroy their health, such as drinking, smoking, and taking drugs. Unfair sexual behavior and so on. Yoga meditation is a key way to ensure both physical and mental health.

Meditation Postures and Methods:

Sit in a golden lotus position (your left foot is placed on your thigh and your right foot is placed on your left thigh at the same time). If you can't make lotus nuts, you can kneel down and intersect your thumbs, and then sit on your hips. Or sit on the ground with your legs folded naturally. Keep your body straight and keep your cervical vertebrae, spine, lumbar vertebrae and coccyx in the same straight line. Lay the index finger and thumb tips of both hands together, relax the remaining three fingers but do not bend, and the palm of your hand can be up or down. Place it on your knees and focus on the fossa between your eyebrows.

To start, sit quietly in a comfortable yoga sitting position, taking the limit and closing slightly. Breathe deeply. Pay close attention to each inhale and exhale. Each time you exhale, recite "Call Mharriam" in an audible voice. Listen to the voice very attentively. Every time I inhale in, I silently recite the yoga pronunciation "Call Mu, Hari, Call Mu" to myself. Continue doing this exercise at least fifty times. If your mind drifts away and doesn't pay attention to the voice, gently bring it back. Don't force your concentration, nor let your mind wander westward without control. (Editor in charge: Deng Qi)
