Yoga meditation purifies your soul
After meditating and sitting still with lotus flowers, use your ears to listen to your exhalation and inhalation, and to listen to the sound of your breath. Because this breath is very subtle, you must listen very attentively and quietly. When you focus on listening to the sound of breathing, your thoughts are cut off and you enter the state of DHYANA and enter the state of meditation.
1. Mobile meditation
Cultivating asanas is the most common method for yoga to enter mobile meditation. Mastering this method can bring the joints and stretching parts of the body to their limits. Why is the waist bones so soft when practicing yoga? The softness of yoga is different from the softness of practicing acrobatics. Yoga is formed by constantly expanding and stretching the body to achieve the realm of meditation. Acrobatics is the control of the body to a certain extent. The origin of asana practice was to train the controllable parts of the body to the limit, cut off thoughts and enter the realm of meditation, so it is called mobile meditation.
2. Candlelight meditation method
Candlelight meditation or a little meditation, the light should not be too bright. Use your eyes to look at the candlelight, because the eyes are the most fragile part of the human body. It is difficult to open them for a long time. Continue to hold on. The purpose of holding on is not to let you stare at the candlelight for how long you stare at the candlelight is to allow you to experience cutting off your thinking and entering the state of perception when you stare without blinking and reach the limit of fatigue to meditate.
3. OM Sound Meditation Method
Candlelight meditation uses the eyes, and OM sound meditation uses the ears. In the past, there would be a big clock in temples or churches. When the time came, the bell would ring. When the bell rings, it would ask you to cut off your thinking. At this time, you should enter meditation. When you pay attention to the bell sound ~ It rings until it disappears, and you listen to the sound from sound to silent, and your thinking also enters a DHYANA realm. They all use the controllable parts of the body. Make an OM sound while meditating, lengthening the M sound to three times the O sound. At this time, when you listen to the process from sound to silence with your ears, your thoughts will be cut off and you will enter the DHYANA state.
4. Observation of breathing meditation
5. Other meditation methods
In addition to using the above-mentioned methods to practice specifically in class, you can also practice in normal times and practice meditation anytime and anywhere to enter DHYANA.
(1) Call yourself
When your thinking is very irritable, you have a lot of thoughts or feelings are confused, and you are in a daze, use the method of calling your own name: when calling your own name, call you as another friend,"XXX, where are you?" You also answer "I am here" the way your friend calls you. The moment you answer, your thoughts are cut off and you enter DHYANA state.
(2) Look in the mirror
Take a mirror and observe yourself in the mirror. Don't look at it with the usual thinking of "I look in the mirror", change the role in reverse. Let's let you be the person in the mirror and look at yourself. When your familiar face looks at you from the mirror, you will have a strange feeling. When you look at yourself with your familiar face, you will have a very special feeling of understanding. The feeling of understanding is that Zen cannot be said. It is this feeling of understanding. You can feel that there is some mystery that you can't say. Enter a thoughtless state.
(3) Be in a daze, be silly
When I am very anxious, I tell myself that I am in a daze for a while now, separate my lips, relax my chin, and be in a daze for a while. At this time, my thoughts are instantly cut off and I enter the DHYANA state.
(4) Doing handicrafts
This state is easy to occur when doing handicrafts (mending shoes, embroidering) without thinking. When you focus on handicrafts, you hum a tune in your mouth. At this time, your mind has no thoughts, creating a happy state. (Internship Editor: Yan Lili)
