Yoga: Relax your breath
As long as you have time, take a few minutes to relax your respiratory system, no other part-you don't need to relax the entire body. Sitting on a train or plane, or in a car, no one will notice what you are doing. Just relax your breath and let it become the way it works naturally. At the same time, close your eyes and observe the inhale, exhale, and inhale as you breathe.
Don't concentrate! If you concentrate, it's causing trouble, because then everything becomes a nuisance. If you try to sit attentively in the car, the noise of the car becomes a nuisance to you, and the person sitting next to you becomes a nuisance to you.
Meditation is not about concentration, you just need to relax and observe your breath and remain aware. In this observation, nothing needs to be ruled out. The honking of the car-no problem at all, accept it. Traffic coming and going-it's part of life and there's no problem; accept the snorting of others as they pass by. Nothing needs to be opposed.
