Advice and advice for beginners in yoga pranayama
The
"Yoga Sutra" records that the continuous process produces a pause at the junction of the inhaled breath and the exhaled breath, and breathing is a static state that occurs with the pause. It has been found that this state of rest has a measurable length in interval and temporal continuity; it can become prolonged and subtle and difficult to observe.
In other words, breathing is a continuous process. People will naturally exhale after inhaling in. Paying breathing is the idea of stopping this continuous process. For those who are beginning to practice yoga and recuperation, I have the following advice and suggestions:
1. It is best to practice adjusting breathing while on an empty stomach.
2. Before practicing, it is best to empty the waste in your body so that you will feel more comfortable.
3. The practice environment should be quiet and elegant to facilitate concentration.
4. Practice four times a day, at least once, and practice before sunrise is best.
5. Always keep your mouth shut during the adjustment process (unless there are special requirements).
6. The time to take a breath and the time to take a breath should be approximately the same.
7. During breathing, there should be no feeling of urgency. If there is, it means that you are breathing and breathing for too long. Next, you should reduce the amount of inspiration and gradually increase your breathing only when you feel comfortable.
8. Only after you have complete control over inhalation and exhalation can you start practicing suspension inhalation.
9. Don't hang on for too long, so that you can persist and feel comfortable.
10. If you feel that the suspension has disrupted the rhythm of your breathing, stop immediately or shorten the suspension time accordingly.
11. Don't be too impatient when practicing. Being eager for success often backfires.
12. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, or eye and ear diseases are advised not to practice suspension inhalation.
Note: Suspended interest is divided into internal suspended interest and external suspended interest. The inner suspended breath is closed without exhaling after inhalation, and the outer suspended breath is closed without exhaling after exhaling. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
