General rule of coordination of breathing and movements during the big rest

The big break is the most commonly used way of rest and relaxation in yoga practice. After practicing asana, or when the body feels tired from practicing, a big break should be used to relax.

Big break

Exercise efficacy: Relieve fatigue, eliminate nervous tension, and calm down. It is an excellent way to cure neurasthenia and insomnia.

1. Lie on your back, open your feet 30-40 cm, and place your hands with your palms facing up on both sides of your body.

2. Keep the back of your head firmly on the ground and face up.

3. Close your eyes, gently close your lips, and breathe calmly and naturally.

4. Meditate that your body is as if it has no bones, as if it is soft and loose as it is pressed against the ground. Focus your mind on your body and feel relaxed from head to toe, completely relaxed. Feel your body become very light, like a leaf floating on the water.
