With your eyes closed, as you get deeper and deeper into this place, you will see the mysterious light fog, green and blue, lotus lotus, red, green, yellow, and purple. You can see countless bright silver lights traveling through the darkness, following its direction, and it helps you move on, deeper and further. Beyond the body, beyond consciousness, beyond the senses, beyond pain and joy. Like a speeding car, keep driving, farther and farther, faster and faster. Colors are coming towards you, they float through your eyes, stroke your skin, touch your heart, close your eyes to observe them, you try, you are still moving forward.

Relax your cheeks, lift your jaw, take a deep breath, always stay alert, and let yourself experience the activity of meditation, like a naughty child. When you see the swaying colors in the darkness, you know it is getting closer and closer. You see all the colors turning into colored smoke. These colored smoke has just begun to rise, swirl, and transform. They rise with every breath you take.

Keep breathing evenly and slowly, and don't let your mind control your breathing. As the mind floats around our bodies, it seems like you are going through a journey, a journey of yourself.
