Of course, my favorite thing is that the family is sitting around the ground and my son learns from me to do yoga movements. He did it very seriously and did several postures well. My son always believed that headstand was the most harmful movement, and he called it martial arts. Once he boasted that he could stand on his head, then land on his head and try to lift his calves.
I was beside him, but I deliberately teased him and didn't teach him the methods and steps. Look at his calves trying to get off the ground, kicking and kicking, but he never could get off the ground. At that time, he was very much like a cute puppy, very cute.

The first time I came into contact with yoga was a very young age. Very accidentally, a distant relative came back from India and mentioned yoga and demonstrated yoga movements. Somehow, I was attracted and remembered its beautiful name-YOGA.
Relatives later sent me a lot of information (including videos), but because I was too young and couldn't read English, it took a few more years before I started to really practice yoga. Relatives come to Hangzhou twice a year, and my yoga movements are unknowingly becoming more in place.
Time passed year by year, and when someone guessed that I was only in my twenties, I was really happy. Who doesn't want to be young? I think this is the effect of yoga. Practicing yoga, a dark face can make your skin become delicate; a petite person can make you well-proportioned; even if you look really bad, you can make yourself very temperament. And all of this must be started from little to little in peacetime.
We can give ourselves a goal. You can make yourself look two years younger than your actual age. If you have too high a goal, you will not be able to complete it. Anything that can achieve immediate results will most likely be a result of pulling the seedlings and encouraging them. Little progress is the true meaning of yoga.
Yoga should be a lifestyle
Now yoga is very popular in Hangzhou and across the country. Some people just use yoga as a means. During teaching, someone always asks: "Teacher, can yoga lose weight?" Yes, it stimulates the glands. Stimulate and adjust glands such as pineal gland and thyroid gland to achieve fitness effects.
But yoga is more of a lifestyle change. That's all.
In terms of diet, yoga divides food into casual, transsexual and pleasant. We don't ask everyone to become vegan or anything, but eating more vegetarian food can be really good for your body. On the limbs, through the posture method, the spine is nourished by twisting the spine back and forth, left and right. There are also many movements. The neck is stretched; the upper arm is exercised; the head is in a lower position, more blood nourishes the face through the capillaries, and the complexion is ruddy and wrinkles are reduced... I like to make friends with students. Several students often call to say they want to get together when they are not in class. Some students also ask various questions after class, including fitness, beauty, and life, and I always answer them carefully. If it is not particularly clear or feels that the answer is not particularly complete, go back and find relevant information before telling the students.
