Yoga is easy to practice but not easy
Understand the basic points of yoga practice and understand diet and hygiene concepts. In order to achieve results, these exercises include suction adjustment, postures, ponda, etc. It is recommended that you practice some selected postures during your first practice. Week 1: Start with the victory adjustment method in the recumbent position first. This method is simple and easy to follow and can be practiced by anyone. Practice 5 times a day.
After you are done, practice the Yang Praying stance and the supine stance. Practice each position 4 times.
After that, practice autopsies, or adopt normal breathing methods, lie flat on the ground and rest for about 5 minutes.
Exercise for the second and third weeks:

The rest time for autopsy is 10-15 minutes.
