Yoga meditation brings you spiritual light
The last three branches of eight-branch yoga: holding, meditation, and samadhi are the higher levels of yoga inner practice. They are also the way to the inner world and the knocking ring that opens the door of spirituality.
Before talking about persistence, we must first talk about the sense of restraint. That is the last part of the first five branches. It controls the sense of withdrawal and withdrawal. After practicing such as postures, pranayama, cleansing, etc., the body gradually becomes clean and transparent, the mind becomes peaceful, the awareness and insight are sharp, and some sincerity are realized., understand the method of meditation, and be able to find inner feelings in silence, thereby controlling and ignoring external senses of taste, smell, vision, hearing, touch, etc., as well as controlling ordinary thoughts. Or it is not to control thoughts, but to slowly withdraw those worldly thoughts that come and go to the edge of consciousness, and no longer pay attention to those chaotic distractions that are actually unimportant. Because sensory control is the result of some of the previous exercises, which is to get the body and mind accustomed to facing the true heart, learn to pay attention to consciousness itself in the meditation practice, learn to focus and eliminate thoughts, which is to be a bystander, observe the entry and exit of distracting thoughts, observe the entry and exit of breathing, so that the body and mind can once again return to a state of innocence that is not influenced and interfered by the outside world. At that time, the senses are directed towards the inside, and the whole person is unified and relaxed, no longer divided. No longer operate like usual life, just do nothing and achieve any goals. Then, consciousness will consciously point to the inherent laws that exist in itself and to the ever-changing and eternal truth.
Sense control is an important preparation stage before meditation. It often takes us a while to practice, like a year. Adhere to practicing meditation at a fixed time and place every day, observe yourself, and learn to stay in silence. Prepare your body and mind. Meditation is a direct way to understand the meaning of yoga and the true meaning. Meditation is not just about sitting still, but about your entire life. It may take ten years to realize yoga, but it may only take ten minutes. That's because your body and mind are ready.
The power of meditation comes from the purification and improvement of original energy, from the original motivation, and from the true nature blinded by worldly ideas. The key lies in the cleanliness and concentration of consciousness. And it is constantly and deeply concentrated. The point at the center of consciousness becomes clearer and clearer, and distracting thoughts recede to the edge and farther away. When you relax, you are only with the center point. Nothing else matters, just like dust gradually dissipates and ashes.
Persistence means putting consciousness at the center. This can be breathing, it can be an air wheel, or it can be an object. No matter what it is, just pay attention to it and hold on to it. Of course, the distracting thoughts around you will still be in your mind. Although the dilution is still floating, you no longer care about that. You are not interested or moved at all. You just continue to deepen your consciousness and concentrate deeply.
In this way, the ethereal feeling of the mind appears from the center of consciousness, spontaneously appears, and becomes clear, and there is only it, there is no dust, you get close to it, and gradually you become it, you are it, you are the center of spirituality. You become one with it, integrate and become it. That is Zen. This realm can be experienced in many situations of concentration, such as children's concentrated play, teenagers 'sincere love, focused artistic appreciation, devoted research work, etc. You can all experience this kind of dedication and forgetting peak experience. But it will be short-lived, and you will fall again, but it can stimulate, inspire, and enlighten your spirituality and understanding. However, yoga will bring us more, that is to go deeper, to stay with the spiritual center, and to go deeper into tranquility.
Stay and maintain the feeling of relaxation and freedom, go more and more deeply, and slowly the thought of concentrated consciousness disappears, there is no concentrated thought, and you transcend, transcend the object, and transcend the subject. There is no dualism. Only the spiritual center point you become exudes inexpressible light. If you knock on the door of Sanmu Earth, it will not close. It is the vast and boundless truth of the universe, just wandering in it.
In short, holding means having an object, a concentrated conscious thought, and other thoughts around it; meditation means having only one object and a concentrated conscious thought, and becoming it; samadhi means having no object and no thoughts, transcending these.
Yoga is a spiritual practice that must open spirituality and awaken spiritual endowments hidden by busyness. In the stage of feeling control, it takes some time, and you have to work hard. You have to let go of some worldly things, purify your body and mind, let go of some things, give up some attachments, and hand yourself over without worrying about it. When you understand it, you will understand the true meaning of life, so how can you be troubled by relocation and changes? When you enter that higher realm, you will not come down. You will be more far-sighted and wise, your heart will become clear and unmoved. Smile and watch the wind and clouds pass by, all in a cup of tea.
The Buddha once said that if you concentrate on watching the breath in and out, without leaving or missing a breath, you will be enlightened in an hour. People often miss it once. This breath is extremely simple, extremely profound, extremely simple and profound. The road is invisible and simple. But high-level meditation requires the leadership of a truly enlightened spiritual teacher. At every critical moment, he will give you guidance in the right direction. He has experienced that. He can see the truth of your consciousness and guide you into the spiritual door. Give you true blessing power and the power of mind. Awakening the sleeping energy, thereby realizing the true meaning.
In normal times, meditation in our daily life is safe and relaxed. As long as we calm our minds and observe our breathing, over time, our understanding will awaken and our spirituality will shine. (Editor in charge: Teng Yun)
