Candlelight meditation relieves eye fatigue

Lu Yi introduced that the whole set of eye yoga is divided into two major parts. The first is eye relaxation, and then "candlelight meditation", in which eye relaxation movements can be done independently at any time. "Candlelight meditation" is best done at night. It can also improve sleep quality, reduce stress, and calm people. Don't have selfish distractions when meditating. For people with normal vision and slightly deviated vision, the distance between the candle and the person is about one and a half meters, but if the vision is particularly low, a distance of more than two meters should be maintained from the candle. Depression and wearing contact lenses are not suitable for treatment. You can do it with glasses, but you must remove your glasses when buttonholes. People who have had eye surgery (such as myopia surgery) should consult their doctor first. Generally, they can do "candlelight meditation" three months after surgery.

1. Close your eyes and open them again, look up and down as much as possible, for 10 to 15 rounds at a time

2. Close your eyes and rest for a few seconds, then look left and right as much as possible when you open them again, one left and one right for 10 to 15 rounds

3. Close your eyes and rest for a few seconds, then open your eyes again, look up and rotate clockwise 10 to 15 times

4. Close your eyes and rest for a few seconds, then open them again and look up and start rotating counterclockwise for 10 to 15 times.

Eyes relax: Keep your body straight and your head and neck still.

Note: The number of times you do it must be the same. If you do one action 10 times, then the other actions will also be 10 times. Do not disturb the number of times.

"Candlelight meditation" is divided into three steps. The first step and the second step are similar.

Steps 1 and 2: After completing the eye relaxation action, slowly open your eyes, don't look directly at the candlelight. Look at the front side of your legs first, slowly move your eyes upward, and finally move to the candlelight to stare. Relax your eyes when gazing, don't stare at your eyes, and try not to blink. Quickly open your eyes and stare at the candlelight until you have to blink. When you feel that tears are about to flow or have already flowed, slowly retract your eyes and close your eyes, arch your palms, make your palms bowl shape against your eyes, don't touch your eyes, and stay for 5 to 7 breaths. Relax.

Step 3: Open your eyes and stare directly at the candlelight. When you feel that your eyes are sore, tears are about to flow or have already flowed, close your eyes, rub your palms together and buckle them on your eyes.

Note: No matter what happens, be careful not to touch your palms. At this time, your eyes are very sensitive and let the tears flow naturally.
