Double yoga health and harmony
Practicing yoga at home and finding a sister or family member to practice double yoga will not only enhance the relationship between both parties, but also work out together, killing two birds with one stone.
Double Snake
1. One party lies on yoga and the other party kneels behind him.
2. The person lying down reaches out with his hands back and shakes hands with his kneeling companion.
3. Inhale, the person behind slowly pulls up the companion, slows down the movement, and let the practitioner slowly stretch the spine one by one, observe the partner's practice status, and do not pull up too quickly or too hard. Exhale and slowly put down your companion.
Double sitting forward bending
1. Sit face to face with your partner in a sitting position, bend your left leg, press your foot against the base of your right thigh, straighten your right foot, and press your foot against the other person's bent leg.
2. Hold your hands together and hold them tightly. One party first practices bending forward, and your partner provides support when lifting them.
3. Exhale, one side slowly bend forward, with the legs close to the calves; the other side tilt backward, moderate, and practice after the end.
Backward assisted twist
1. One party lies flat on yoga, and the partner kneels beside him and prepares.
2. If you lie on your back, bend your left leg and place your left leg on your right knee.
3. Slowly lay your left knee down on the floor to the right, look to the left, and try not to leave your upper body (shoulder) too much from the ground with the twist. At this time, the partner can put one hand on the shoulder of the person lying on his back and one side on his curved left leg to apply appropriate pressure to help the other person stretch to the fullest extent. After the end, switch sides to practice. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
