What yoga movements are practiced by sedentary office workers?

Ferris Style (1)
1. Stand with your spine straight, put your hands on both sides of your body, your legs straight, and your heels together.

3. Raise your head, stretch your neck, keep your eyes on your arms, and stretch as far as possible.
Ferris Style (3)
1. Stand with your chest chest tucked in your abdomen, with your feet slightly open. Place your wrists and forearms above your head, grab your right elbow with your left hand and grab your left elbow with your right hand.
2. Exhale and bend the upper body forward from the waist until the legs and back form ninety degrees.
3. Inhale, slowly straighten your upper body and torso, stretch your entire body upward, hold for a few seconds, and then bend. Repeat the action several times.
