What do you wear during yoga?

What do you wear during yoga?0

Yoga is a healthy exercise that not only purifies the soul, but also stretches your limbs to relieve stress. In fact, yoga is not a "special exercise" for women. In fact, men also have their own yoga, and this kind of exercise can not only build body shape, but also fundamentally improve sub-health, improve exercise performance, and shine the charm of men from the inside out.

However, even when the market is full of various female yoga garments, we rarely see a yoga garment specifically provided for men. And what do men wear when doing yoga? From exaggerated basketball shorts that hinder the body from stretching, to sports tight shorts that cannot stretch your legs at all, we have seen it all happen.

Why not? According to analysis, the fundamental reason is that even if men's yoga clothes exist, few men actively buy them. Fundamentally speaking, men don't seem to realize that they need to wear yoga clothes when doing yoga.

Of course, although the lack of internal factors is a proactive factor, we cannot deny that there are indeed many people who want to find them but do not know where to find them.

Cameron Alborzian, a practitioner and yoga teacher, told us that he had seen men wearing a variety of clothes coming to yoga classes. He said: "Once you go to two or three classes and understand what other people wear, you will know what you should wear!" However, he also pointed out that there is indeed such "yoga clothes" specially designed for men. However, most people still like to wear their cotton shorts.

After realizing this problem, we found that in the market today, some brands, like prAna and Lululemon, have begun to launch some men's sportswear that is "similar to yoga clothes." At some levels, it's just a sportswear that can replace yoga clothes. Yoga clothes in the real sense still haven't appeared.

If you want to buy a professional yoga suit, be careful: what suits certain yoga exercises may not suit other types of yoga. And, usually, the colors of yoga costumes are quite "scary": rust, maroon, olive. Even those that are slightly better used in barefoot yoga classes are still not as beautiful as cotton and nylon blends.

Experts recommend that the following combination is your best choice:

Rugby tight panties: Not only do they provide free space for exercise, but their thick cotton texture ensures that you will not slip or deform arbitrarily when you stand on your hands.

Track and field shorts/football shorts: Suitable for sports and extremely absorbent.
