Market prices of major brands

Yuanyang: 160-208RMB, 160RMB is the manufacturer's minimum price limit. If a transaction is below 160, after verification, the shop owner will have the risk of forfeiting the deposit and increasing the purchase price, and may even cancel the distribution qualification;

Peel: 128-206RMB, Taobao's general agent controls the price very well;

Jade Bird: 135-160RMB. Jade Bird is an old brand and the price is relatively practical;

Nair: 7.5- 10% discount, sales below 20% will be punished;

Sandi Dongzi: 108-208RMB;

Jacobson is the actual price. Of course, if you are a regular customer, it may be about 20 yuan lower;

Kunqi, the market price is 20%-10% off.

material selection

There are many types of materials selected for yoga clothes. The common ones are viscose fiber, nylon, polyester, linen and milk protein composite fibers.

1. Silk cotton (Jade Bird yoga clothes mostly use this material)

It has excellent breathability, moisture absorption, moisture drainage and warmth retention. Because the main component of silk is animal protein fiber, which contains dozens of amino acids, mulberry silk cotton comes into contact with the human body, making human skin smooth and clean, promoting the metabolism of human epidermal cells, and having a health-care effect on the skin.

2. Viscose +%5 Spandex (most yoga clothes are made of this material)

Viscose fiber is also called rayon, ice silk, and viscose filament. In recent years, a new high-end variety of viscose fiber called Tiansi and bamboo fiber has emerged. Viscose fiber is a cellulose fiber produced from cotton or other natural fibers. Among the 12 main textile fibers, the moisture content of viscose fiber most meets the physiological requirements of human skin, and has the characteristics of smoothness, coolness, breathability, antistatic, and brilliant dyeing. Yoga clothes contain a certain component of Spandex, which makes them have very good elasticity and extremely strong stretching power. Compared with ordinary fitness clothes, they are more suitable for completing good elasticity. They are extremely strong in stretching power and low in elasticity than ordinary fitness clothes. They are more suitable for completing various yoga movements. The material is high-end and the feel is smooth. It is as natural as skin when worn on the body. It feels excellent after wearing it, and is comfortable close to the body. It is a perfect blend of fashion and professionalism.

3. Polyester +5% Spandex (this material is mostly used for Peel yoga clothes)

Polyester is an important variety of synthetic fibers and the trade name of polyester fiber in my country. It is a polymer fiber-polyethylene terephthalate (PET) made from purified terephthalic acid (PTA) or dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and ethylene glycol (EG) as raw materials through esterification or ester exchange and condensation polymerization reactions. Fiber made by spinning and post-treatment. Polyester has a wide range of uses and is widely used in the manufacture of clothing and industrial products. Polyester has excellent setting properties. The flat, fluffy shape or pleats generated by polyester yarn or fabric after setting can remain unchanged after being washed many times in use.

Characteristics:

a. High intensity. The strength of short fiber is 2.6 - 5.7cN/dtex, and the strength of high fiber is 5.6 - 8.0cN/dtex. Due to its low moisture absorption, its wet strength is basically the same as dry strength. The impact strength is 4 times higher than nylon and 20 times higher than viscose fiber.

b. Good elasticity. The elasticity is close to that of wool, and when stretched by 5% to 6%, it can almost completely recover. Wrinkle resistance exceeds other fibers, that is, the fabric does not wrinkle and has good size stability. The elastic modulus is 22 - 141cN/dtex, which is 2 - 3 times higher than nylon.

c. Good heat resistance.

d. The surface of polyester is smooth, the internal molecules are tightly arranged, and there is no hydrophilic structure between the molecules, so the moisture regain is very small and the moisture absorption performance is poor.

e. Good wear resistance. Wear resistance is second only to nylon, which has the best wear resistance, and is better than other natural fibers and synthetic fibers.

f. Good light resistance. Light resistance is second only to acrylic.

g. Corrosion resistance. Resistance to bleach, oxidants, hydrocarbons, ketones, petroleum products and mineral acids. Resistant to dilute alkali and not afraid of mold, but hot alkali can decompose it.

h. Poor dyeing.

4. Linen +X% cotton (brands such as "Yuanyang" and "Shaxiang" have yoga clothes of this kind)

Flax is a kind of hemp, as well as ramie, jute, sisal, abaca, etc. Flax has excellent moisture absorption and ventilation functions. After testing: linen fabric has a moisture absorption rate of 7.6 times that of polyester fabric, a breathability of 4.5 times that of polyester fabric, and an antistatic property of 400 times that of polyester fabric. It has good antibacterial properties and is the most sanitary fiber. Linen has the advantages of fine and smooth cloth surface, soft and elastic hand feel, cool and comfortable to wear, and does not fit closely when sweating.

Characteristics of linen:

a. Hemp fiber is a cellulose fiber, and its fabric has similar properties to cotton;

b. Hemp fabric has the characteristics of high strength, good moisture absorption, and strong thermal conductivity, especially its strength ranks first among natural fibers;

c. linen has good dyeing performance, bright color and is not easy to fade;

d. It is not very sensitive to alkali and acid. Mercerization can occur in caustic soda to enhance the strength and luster; after a short period of action in dilute acid (1-2 minutes), there is basically no change. Of course, strong acids still cause harm to them;

e. Good resistance to mildew and not easy to get damp and mold.

5. Milk protein composite fiber (Puer yoga clothes use this kind of material)

Milk protein composite fiber is a new type of textile raw material that is made from defatted and dehydrated from milk, used high-tech to make milk protein spinning slurry, and subjected to wet spinning and special post-finishing processes. It is suitable for weaving various internal and external fabrics, and can also produce short fibers of different sizes and lengths to be suitable for blending or interweaving with cotton, wool, linen, chemical fiber, etc.

Milk protein composite fiber contains seventeen amino acids, the protein content is 25%-30%, and the pH value is 6. Around 8, it is slightly acidic; observe its shape with a projector, it shows hidden stripes in the longitudinal direction and smooth edges; the cross-section is circular. Therefore, it can be said that milk protein composite fiber is a synthetic fiber containing animal protein amino acids, and its performance is closer to that of natural fiber silk. It combines the characteristics of natural fiber and synthetic fiber, and not only has soft skin-friendly wearing comfort, but also has high strength, antibacterial and moth-proof wearing properties.

6. 90% nylon +10% polyurethane

Tactel fiber and Lycra fiber are blended into high-elasticity fabrics, which will not cause fading, decoloring, deformation, etc., and have good moisture absorption and perspiration effect. After many washes, it will last forever. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
