A new generation of fitness darling: "yoga room"

As more and more people begin to practice yoga,"yoga houses" are now becoming a new favorite among some people. Yoga mats, mirrored walls and artificial springs have replaced the heavy and bulky fitness equipment and "noisy" TVs in old-fashioned gyms. Some families order finished "yoga houses" directly or draw inspiration from existing "demonstration houses" in other cities and communities, and then build their own "yoga houses."

An Atlanta interior designer recently said that older people with knee and joint problems are no longer suitable for heart-heavy exercises, and yoga has become the best choice. In Orlando, Florida, there are many immigrants from the West Coast, South America and Asia, and many of them have ordered "yoga houses." In Los Angeles and Hollywood, people convert small rooms or offices into "yoga houses."

Ordinary yoga rooms have yoga mats, balance bars, wooden floors and fans. Those with higher requirements can be added with some personalized decorations, such as artificial springs, candlesticks and bamboo floors. In the United States,"yoga houses" are also called "Zen houses".

According to the Associated Press, approximately 18 million people practice yoga in the United States. Some people also do separate counseling so that they can sing, breathe deeply and practice postures. Practicing yoga only requires a mat and a space, and it is not difficult to build a "yoga house", so yoga has gradually become a popular fitness exercise. (Editor in charge: Teng Yun)
