The truth about fat and obesity

It is generally believed that adipose tissue is almost non-metabolic, but is just a calm reservoir of fat. But recently, some people have put forward a more natural statement, that is, adipose tissue is like a wholesaler, where many substances come and go vigorously.

Adipose tissue is formed by fat cells, blood vessels, bonded tissue, etc. The blood vessels are responsible for the entry and exit of substances needed for fat cells 'metabolism, while the bonded tissue fills the gaps between cells. Fat is contained in fat cells in the form of fat droplets. The fat droplets fill almost the entire cell, while the nuclei are pressed in the corners. Precisely because the nucleus, which should become the center of cell activity, is in such a state, most people mistakenly believe that fat cells are cells that do not perform activity.

Originally, fat is a substance formed by storing remaining nutrients in the body. In accordance with the needs of physiological functions, it is released in its original form. Therefore, when excess nutrients are within certain limits, whether they are ingested into fat cells or released, as long as the regularity can be maintained, the fat storage amount will be fixed and the ideal weight can be maintained. On the contrary, when excessive nutrients are ingested into cells and the release function is disrupted, the absolute amount of fat will increase abnormally, causing obesity.
