Blood type diet--a new theory of weight loss

Why do some people still gain weight when they eat less carefully? Dr. Beed Dadamo, an American naturopathic expert, proposed a new concept of weight loss-blood type diet.

Bede believes that the effect of food on the human body varies according to blood type. Based on Bede's research, he came to the following conclusions:

People with type O blood can lose weight by eating lean meat, animal liver, seafood and green leafy vegetables; grains, beans, cabbage and potatoes have no effect on people with type O blood.

People with type A blood are suitable for vegetarian based foods such as vegetables, tofu, soybeans, etc. People with type A blood often eat vegetarian food, which not only reduces weight, but also prevents cancer and heart disease.

People with type B blood are more suitable for meat and vegetables, and dairy products are also good for people with type B blood. People with type B blood should eat less chicken, corn, tomatoes and various nuts.

People with type AB blood need both meat protein and plant protein. However, people with type AB have a sensitive digestive system, so people with type AB should eat less and more meals. In addition, fish, tofu, leafy greens and dairy products also seem to work well for people with AB blood group. (Internship Editor: Yan Yugeng)
