What is three-dimensional yoga?
Yoga master Lei Kali ray is a well-known female yogi and developer in the yoga world. She is a famous world-renowned teacher of yoga. Since she was a child, she has naturally practiced meditation and self-questioning. In her nearly thirty years of teaching yoga, thousands of students around the world have gained physical and mental release from her guidance.
Prasaara, created by triyoga in the United States, is a yoga stream that combines art and science. Three-dimensional yoga is divided into 7 levels. The kundalini flow advocated by three-dimensional yoga combines breathing and body movements (mudra) step by step. Through strong and consistent positions, a stronger air current (prana) is formed. Through such specially choreographed action guidance, we will maintain the coordination of our body, breathing and soul. Triyoga exercise is suitable for learning at all ages. It is the sublimation result of combining natural movement (kriyavati) and spiritual (kundalini) Hata Yoga. Based on her natural flow of exercise, kali established an exercise method. The foundations of triyoga include relaxing movements, wave-like spinal movements and the effectiveness of movement. Students will master the consistency of body position and breathing by focusing on the basics of meditation practice. The basic exercises include 108 postures, including strengthening, flexibility, breathing control and concentration. The basic part can be a separate exercise or it can be practiced as a part of the entire system.

The principles of three-dimensional yoga flow learned in the basics section also apply to the first level. The basic part is the foundation of the first-level new action. The first level is a higher level and consists of 5 series and will be taught step by step. At each level, students will gradually develop an understanding of enhanced body posture and flow, which will also increase strength, flexibility and breathing control. The understanding of energy in life, qi includes mastering even breathing, concentration techniques and meditation in one. Triyoga improves health, mental tension and inner peace by systematically practicing pranayama, dharana and dhyana. The cognition of Qi systematically runs through the basic course to Level 7. Students can start practicing at home.
