Yoga lengthens the spinal cord and grows the entire back, while stimulating the digestive, nervous and endocrine systems. Although cycling and playing tennis are equally good exercises, yoga is still irreplaceable. Experts believe that "yoga is very popular among pregnant women and is an exercise that pregnant women can do" and "yoga can teach you to breathe." During pregnancy, you may feel tension in certain parts of your body, such as when your body is supporting your child, you may feel very tense in your groin. Tight flexor muscles in the buttocks can also cause back pain. Yoga is effective in alleviating this pain by stretching and maintaining muscle balance.

There are four forms of yoga: Jnana is the path of knowledge or wisdom;Bhakti (religious piety) is the path of love;Karma is the path of action; and Raja is the path of self-control.

Before practicing, you need to make some preparations:

* Keep fasting. If you are really hungry, you can eat snacks (such as yogurt or fruit) 1 hour before class.

* Wear loose and comfortable clothing with a cushion.

* Choose a quiet place where you will not be disturbed.

* If you participate in a training class, you must find a qualified teacher. You need to find out their training and background.

* It is best to ask a doctor for a physical examination before training.

* Maintain a mental state of respecting reality, being confident, and being open-minded.

* Be patient and persevere.

Experts say: All basic yoga postures are the same. This posture depends on how the teacher handles it.

Form a triangle between your legs and arms. This action opens up your gluteal flexors. This is very good for your lungs and helps you reconcile your heart.

Triangle: Both feet are the same width as shoulders, both feet are parallel, and the upper limbs are raised horizontally. Turn right with your right foot 90 degrees. Keep left hip open. Stretch your legs slowly and straighten them. Gently bend your right knee, place your right elbow on your right knee, lift your left arm up, and look up. Hold and breathe a few times, return to the starting position when inhaling and repeat to the other side. Repeat 3 times on each side.
