Teach you yoga breathing
The most important thing in yoga is breathing. It is easy for beginners to just do the movements and forget to adjust the suction. Keep breathing well. That's half the battle!
Breathing is a bridge between physiology and psychology, and a window to understand physiological and psychological conditions. Normal breathing is the foundation of a person's physical and mental health and the soul of yoga practice. Modern people deviate further and further from the correct and healthy rules of life, so there are more and more physical and psychological diseases and problems. The manifestation of this deviation is imbalance and disorder of breathing. Observation of breathing is the best way to correct and improve this deviation.
As yoga says:
Changing your breathing changes your body;
Changing your breath changes your heart;
Change your breathing and change your destiny;
Therefore, understanding the importance of breathing and mastering the correct breathing method are top priorities for yoga practice.
1 Divide it from the part of breathing:
Breathing is divided into abdominal breathing, chest breathing, and abdominal thoracic complete breathing.
Abdominal breathing-Breathe through the bottom of the lungs, feeling just the abdomen is agitating and the chest is relatively motionless.
Chest breathing-Breathe through the upper and middle parts of the lungs. It feels like the chest is expanding and contracting, and the abdomen is relatively motionless.
Full breathing-the upper, middle and lower parts of the lungs all participate in the movement of breathing. My abdomen, chest and even my whole body are heaving and contracting.
Only the third breathing is the breathing requirement of yoga.
2 Divide from the process of breathing:
There are two types: holding your breath and not holding your breath. Holding your breath is divided into two types: holding your breath after exhaling and holding your breath after inhaling.
3 Divide from the function of breathing:
There are three types of breathing in the left nostril, breathing in the right nostril, and breathing in the left and right nostrils alternately. (Editor in charge: Chen Shaopeng)
