Yoga may help infertility treatment

News from Dallas in the United States reported that about 20% of American couples have difficulty getting pregnant. Many people are looking to prescription drugs or expensive options for a little surprise. But there is another method that does not require expensive expenses and is worth a try.

Malika Burman and her husband tried to get pregnant for eight months. She said: It's really a painful thing, not being able to get pregnant and making people uncomfortable, I don't understand why.

A prescription drug six weeks ago finally helped her succeed. Now Burman is doing yoga during pregnancy to stay healthy.

Some people say practicing relaxation techniques like yoga can help couples trying to conceive. Mandy Perez, who also practices yoga, said: What you learn from yoga is to relax with the fetus, and a healthy tone is just the right way to relax. Yoga also promotes a healthy lifestyle. Posture helps balance hormones and stimulates and enhances reproductive function.

Burman said: If the element of the problem is anxiety, yoga will help.

Harvard researchers tested this theory a few years ago. Women who are trying to get pregnant participate in at least one ten-week program every year. Plans include relaxation and yoga. Researchers found that these women were almost three times more likely to become pregnant than women who did not participate in the plan.

Dr. Michael Putman is a reproductive specialist in Dallas. He knew about the study but did not trust it enough. He said: This is a very low-level study and therefore has no value.

Dr. Putman added: He sees benefits from yoga, especially for couples who are stressed about pregnancy. Yoga can provide tranquility, hope, and optimism.

But there is also evidence that doing yoga is better than doing any other exercise, he said. He added: It does not treat reproductive problems.

I wonder if emergency measures will provide any real treatment, we know it reduces stress, but we also know that it's not just stress that causes infertility, he said. Yoga can make the process more positive and help them get pregnant.

For people like Burman and her husband, yoga can be very good. Burman said yoga gave me hope. (Internship Editor: Li Jianhong)
