Kneel on the floor at first.

Several variants can be made from this basic heroic style.

Variant 1

Raise your left arm above your head, bend your elbows, and try to lower your left hand between your shoulder blades.

Lower your right arm, bend your elbow, and lift your right forearm until you can tap the fingers of your right hand and left hand

Keep your head and neck straight and look straight forward.

Breathe normally and hold this position for 30 to 60 seconds.

Variant 2

Intersect your fingers, turn your palms upwards, and straighten your arms above your head

Keep your back straight and breathe deeply and evenly.

Keep this position as long as you want.

Then exhale, let go of the intersecting fingers of both hands, and put both hands down.

Variation three
