Dharma yoga makes men more confident

Among all Yi Shu's novels, my favorite is "Xibao". I don't know why I like it so much. It's probably because of Xibao's stubborn, strong and unyielding personality. In the book, the man Xibao likes, Cunzi, is 65 years old. It's amazing to think that a 65-year-old man can still have such sexual abilities. I think he must be excellent in physical training. In fact, it is not difficult for men to maintain this ability. Teachers at Tianyue International College said that the Dharma style in yoga has a very significant effect on men's sexual ability.

There are eight steps to practicing Dharma yoga:

1. Sit on the floor with your legs bent, your thighs close to your upper body, and your feet flat on the floor.

2. Hold your hands together from the knees and use your hands hard so that your upper body is close to your thighs and your chin is placed on your knees.

3. Inhale and use the thumbs of both feet to let your body fall backward along your back. At this time, your body and head are lying on the floor, with your hips behind the ground.

4. Exhale and use your back muscles and neck muscles to sit up again.

5. Inhale, fall down, sit up again, and repeat this 5 times in a row.

6. After sitting up, loosen your hands, cross your feet, hold your left ankle with your right hand Gary, and hold your right ankle with your left hand.

7. While inhaling, your body falls backward, your entire back lies on the floor, your neck muscles use your neck to lift your head, and sit up while exhaling.

8. Repeat this 5 times in a row.
