Bhramri Bee Yoga Prayer
Bhramri Bee Yoga Prayer
Bhramar means bee, and when practicing yoga, it makes a "buzzing" sound, like a black bee.
Tips: Maintain a comfortable meditation sitting posture, straighten your head and spine, close your eyes, and relax your whole body. Personally, I believe that lotus sitting is the king of yoga and the best yoga posture for yoga and recuperation. Through this exercise, close your lips tightly and differentiate your upper and lower teeth. Next, raise your arms and block your ears with your index or middle finger so that you can hear the wonderful sound of the nasal passages rubbing and the upper jaw coming out. Concentrate on feeling this tremor and sweet music. Breathe through both nasal passages. Hold your breath, breathe slowly, and make the same "buzzing" sound. This completes a round of yoga breathing. After completing a few rounds, you lie down in a stiff corpse posture.
