Yoga pose: Deflation pose0

● Squat, knees apart, and feet flat on the ground.

● Hold your elbows on the inside of your knees and place your fingers under the soles of your feet.

● Inhale deeply and exhale, lowering your head and stretching your legs.

● Hold this position for about 6 seconds.

● Continue to keep your hands under the soles of your feet and return to the squatting position.

● Repeat this exercise 8-10 times. Benefits of
