Two yoga movements help you get rid of toxins from your body
The temperature has risen. Due to long-term exposure to air conditioning, the skin has become more and more dry, often dizzy, and the stomach and intestines are not smooth. Try three simple actions. Spine Torsion
Practice:
1. Sitting, bend your right knee and place your right foot on the outside of your left leg. Then bend your left leg and place your left heel against your hip.
2. Hold the right palm directly behind the buttocks, hold the left elbow on the outside of the right knee, the palm faces the right, and the fingertips face up.
3. Inhale and stretch the spine; exhale and twist the entire spine to the right and back starting from the tail vertebra. Maintain even breathing.
4. Inhale during restoration, turn back to the spine, and straighten the upper body; exhale, relax the arms, and straighten the legs. The same goes for the opposite side.
Efficacy: It can thoroughly clean up garbage and impurities in the body and calm the whole body and mind.
Half-moon posture with extended arms and bent back
Practice:
1. Stand with your legs and feet together.
2. Inhale and stretch your body upward with your arms; exhale and bend back and down from your waist.
3. Maintain even breathing. When restoring, inhale and straighten your body; exhale, lower your arms, and stand and relax.
