Four simple yoga moves kill fat
If you think that practicing yoga won't burn fat, you are wrong. Below, we invite tara stiles of Strala Yoga Club in New York to turn your body into a fat burning machine.
Do the exercises less than 4 times a week, first from the right side, and then change to the left side. Each movement must last for 5-10 breaths. Then do it again, maintaining 1 breath time in each posture, repeating 6 movements, and finally returning to 5-10 breaths per movement, then changing sides for a total of 3 times.
