Chen Haiyin revealed that girls can easily turn into lower-belly women after the age of 30, especially Eastern girls who are more likely to have pear shaped figures. Therefore, she tends to practice yoga to modify the lower body lines and avoid getting bigger in her abdomen.

She moved from Zhongtian to Dongsen in June last year and was so busy that she could hardly continue practicing. She said with chagrin: "I have been under great pressure for about half a year. I used to practice on average twice a week, and almost all of them stopped. Now I plan to resume Normal training, I hope I can return to my previous level as soon as possible."
