Yoga Netizen Experience: Three Treasures of Yoga
He is also a person in the yoga industry. Although he is not a professional, he is just a marginal one. But at least he practiced and taught for several years. Although I was trembling and trying to make my small bucket of water more substantial and my bucket stronger, the deeper I went, the more I discovered my own smallness and ignorance.
Whenever someone shares with me the gains and changes that yoga has brought to her, I will thank them in my heart, as well as yoga. They gave me motivation to move forward and gave me the confidence to continue to deepen.
As a friend said in a message, the deeper you go into anything, you will encounter loneliness.
Many of my friends who trained and learned yoga together have disappeared in yoga. Some are still on the front line, and we all have similar feelings-suddenly one day we feel like we are wandering in the same place. The feeling is always the same. There is nothing new and there is no feeling of progress. Practice it yourself or teach it to others. To put it another way, it seems that the style level is very stable, but it also seems that it is over, and all that remains is repetition. I regard it as a bottleneck, a hurdle in yoga practice.
Bottleneck. I think this is a watershed. After crossing this hurdle, I truly enter the temple of yoga. It can be regarded as a real introduction. Although there is still a long way to go, it can be regarded as an introduction. Otherwise, you will have to end your life outside the door.
Although it can also grow and benefit, it cannot break through. I can only wait for another opportunity.
It's not much experience, just my own experience and some ideas on yoga practice. (It may not be right, it may not be wrong, haha) The above are all personal wordy.
Yoga is very charming because it always brings us physical and mental changes, allowing us to experience progress and growth! When you see your own footprints and know exactly the direction ahead, can't it give you confidence and happiness?
But it is not easy to persevere in anything. The same goes for yoga.
Especially when encountering bottlenecks and requiring breakthroughs, ability, and wisdom, it is a big test. What will we do then?
I have the three treasures of yoga: practice, reading, communication.
Practice is the main theme of yoga, reading is the soul of yoga, and communication is the inspiration of yoga.
Practice, practice and practice. All yoga theoretical experience is gained during the practice process. Only during practice can you understand the classics. The classics are not only for reading, but for practice. This is what 99% of the practices in yoga mean.
If we compare our progress to steps one by one, then for each step, we need to complete 99% of the exercises and 1% of the theories at that step. This 1% of the theories come from reading and classics. Without this 1% addition, your practice will only allow you to wander on this step, but not cross it!
Reading is learning, and reading helps us find our direction.
Communication is to let you understand and let you properly combine 1% of theory and 99% of practice! Otherwise practice is practice and theory is theory. Only communication can integrate the two.
Communication is first and foremost between yourself and yourself. It is an exchange of questions and answers, an exchange of theory and practice, and an exchange of body and heart. Learn to talk to yourself, talk to your heart, and talk to your body.
Then there is communication with others.
When we read classics, we also communicate with the ancients and people. Reading is actually a form of communication.
Everyone will have their own insights during the practice process, and every yogi has their own yoga path to take. By communicating with others, we can expand our feelings and perceptions and have more touching points. Others may already have answers to your questions, and your experience may also help others overcome obstacles!
Wait for breakthroughs while persisting, find directions in reading and learning, establish confidence and dispel doubts, and touch your inspiration through communication!
Breakthroughs must only be breakthroughs in persistence. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
