Sun Li: Yoga is like my oxygen

Her proud "Lang Jun" Deng Chao filmed the TV version of "Sweet Honey". Although the communication in Bashang was not very smooth, she was easy-going and tried her best to cooperate with the reporter in this exclusive interview. During the interview, she not only talked about the new drama, but also talked about the high-temperature yoga she had always admired.

"Sweet Honey" is staged in Bashang

The film "Sweet Honey" starring Li Ming and Maggie Cheung can be regarded as a classic among China films and art films. Maggie Cheung even won the title of Golden Horse Film Queen with this film. Currently, the TV series "Sweet Honey" directed by Director Gao Xixi and written by Wang Wanping is in full swing. Director Gao even named Deng Chao and Sun Li, who had collaborated with him in "Happiness Is Like a Flower", as the male and female protagonists of the play Zhang Xi and Ye Jun.

Although in the hearts of the audience, the female lead of "Sweet Honey" will never be able to escape Maggie Cheung's shadow, Sun Li still boldly said,"I hope to create my own style in the TV version." Sun Li's simple and pleasant image in works such as "Jade Guanyin" and "A Pair of Embroidery Shoes" will continue to be reflected in this new TV work.

Daily fitness becomes natural

Not only were the external conditions difficult, but the construction period was also quite tight. Sun Li was a dancer and had very strict requirements for her body. Even during such a busy shooting process, she never forgot her old profession.

"I have been learning dance since I was 5 years old, so leg pressing and waist shaking are compulsory courses every day. Over the past few decades, required courses have long been integrated into my blood and become a part of daily life. In fact, this is not bad, just to do fitness every day. Sometimes when I get up in the morning to brush my teeth, I unconsciously put one leg on the sink to press the leg and stretch my lazy muscles."

High temperature yoga regulates mood

Sun Li does not envy the life of celebrities. Sun Li, who was a soldier, is still not accustomed to dressing herself up. In addition to participating in some large-scale activities, she prefers cotton T-shirts and jeans on weekdays. Sometimes, she would pair comfortable cotton skirts with fashionable sneakers. "Plain and comfortable are what I want. If I could have a vacation, I just wanted to stay comfortably at home and drive my mother to the surrounding small cities. Of course, doing yoga is also the best choice to relax."

Sun Li chose a high-temperature yoga studio in Shanghai to practice. In fact, a few years ago, Hong Kong and Taiwan stars began to follow the example of European and American stars and practice high-temperature yoga at 35 degrees Celsius to 38 degrees Celsius. "Aerobics, running and cycling mainly practice cardiopulmonary function. Yoga mainly focuses on the balance of body, mind and soul. Yoga can exercise a person's patience and EQ emotions, as well as the softness and balance of muscles." Sun Li commented on yoga this way.

Choose high-temperature yoga to improve your physical fitness

To engage in the actor industry, one must have a healthy body, extraordinary energy, and strong psychological endurance.

Sun Li calls herself a thin but not weak girl. In this state of life, she has found a way for herself to balance her body and mind.

"In order to improve my fitness, I chose to practice high-temperature yoga, which is a very good active exercise. It not only enhances the flexibility of the body, but also regulates the body and mind and relieves stress. The latter's help to me is very obvious. I am actually a person who puts pressure on myself very easily. Every time I join the cast, I start to feel nervous, always afraid that I won't fully understand the role. Maybe this is a reflection of perfectionism in my character, but it does cause me some trouble. I think yoga can make me more peaceful. Although I still insist on doing something well, I will no longer view myself and my work severely." (Internship Editor: Zhang Xing)
