My indissoluble bond with yoga--my first attempt at yoga

The first time I came into contact with yoga was five years ago. At that time, I worked in a book company that sold various books. At that time, yoga, as a foreign culture, was mysterious and fashionable. It had just emerged. Among them, the yoga books sold by our company were very good. Out of curiosity, I borrowed one to read it.

Due to too long time, I really can't remember the specific title of the book. I only remember that it was a book with colorful pages showing real people's movements. In the book, there is a beautiful coach who demonstrates different movements and gives a simple explanation of the steps of each movement. At that time, I didn't know much about yoga and felt that yoga was just a physical activity for flexibility practice. Because I had a certain foundation in dancing and had good flexibility, I should be fine with this. Right now, I started practicing on the hard bed in the small attic I rented.

When practicing, I didn't follow the book step by step. I practiced the movements I liked when I saw them. In order to prove that I was flexible, I often liked challenging and difficult movements. When I was happy, I was sweating profusely. Since I was on the bed in the small attic, my roommate was not at home, so I took off my coat, so I was either completely naked or partially naked (sweat! I didn't expect that I could finish the popular nude yoga so advanced at that time).
