"Smart Yoga" and "Happy Life"
Here, One-Zen Yoga uses the "wisdom yoga" method of learning and thinking to interact with yoga enthusiasts to let everyone understand more about the connotation of yoga.
Thinking about "Smart Yoga" Learning 1:
A big solid lock was hung on the iron gate, but an iron rod still couldn't pry it open with great effort. The key came, and its thin body slipped into the lock hole. With just a slight turn, the big lock opened with a "snap". Tiantou asked strangely: "Why couldn't I open it after so much effort, but you opened it so easily?" The key said,"Because I know its heart best."
To practice yoga, if you want to enter the channel of human health, you can only use the golden key to open your soul! Otherwise, nothing will be achieved by relying solely on your powerful posture.
Thinking about "Smart Yoga" Learning 2:
A young man with many setbacks in his career went to visit a Zen master. Question: Master! Is there a destiny in this world?
The Zen master said: Of course there is. The young man asked again: Since there is a destiny, that means it is destined to be. What is the use of struggle? What is wrong with destiny?
The Zen master answered the young man's questions directly, but instead smiled and grabbed one of his hands and said: Let's look at the palm first. The Zen master talked about three threads that are destined for destiny,"lifeline, wisdom, and career." After saying that, the Zen master said to the young man: Stretch out your hand and do a gesture like me. The Zen master's action is: raise his hand and clench his fist. The young man followed suit. At this moment, the Zen master asked him: Have you tightened your grip? The young man was a little confused and replied: Hold it tight. The Zen master began to ask: Where is the lifeline? The young man replied mechanically: It's in my hand. The Zen master continued to ask: Excuse me, where is the wisdom line? The young man looked at his fist as if he were a wake-up call and suddenly realized: the line of wisdom is completely in the palm of his hand!
The Zen master continued calmly: No matter what others tell you, no matter how others calculate for you, young people, please remember that your destiny is in your own hands, not in others 'hands! This is destiny. You can look at your own fist and you will find that part of your lifeline is left outside and is not grasped. What inspiration can it give us? Most of our destiny is in our own hands, but there is still part of it left in the "outside world". The same is true for the career line; only the wisdom line is completely held in your hand and there is no trace of exposure. This means that the destiny that you can fully control, including your career, relies on wisdom. In this way, the exposed lines will be easy to grasp. Throughout the ages, the meaning of "struggle" for those who have achieved success lies in using their lifelong efforts and relying on wisdom to strive for it.
Yoga translates as Zen, which is unparalleled wisdom; as a yoga teacher, practitioner, or owner, no matter what setbacks and difficulties you encounter in life, we must not forget that the wisdom of improving your destiny is completely in your own hands.
Thinking 3 on "Smart Yoga":
There is a large company with quite good returns. In order to expand its business scale, it decided to hire a marketing executive with a high salary. As soon as the advertisement came out, three candidates signed up: A, B and C. The person in charge explained: Within 10 days, we will sell combs to various temples and report to me on the sales results.
Arrive on the 10th. The person in charge asked A: How many have you sold? Answer A: 1 hand. Question: How is it sold?
A told the story of the hard work he had gone through and persuaded the monk to buy a comb. It was ineffective. He was also educated by the monk. Fortunately, he met a young monk on the way down the mountain while basking in the sun and scratching his head hard. A had an idea and handed over the wooden comb. The little monk was very happy after using it, so he bought one.
The person in charge asked B: How many have you sold? Answer B: 10. Question: How is it sold?
B said that he went to a famous mountain and ancient temple. Due to the high mountains and strong winds, the hair of the pilgrims was blown away. He went to the abbot of the temple and said: It is disrespectful to Buddha to be unkempt. A wooden comb should be placed in front of the incense table in each temple for good men and women to comb their hair. The abbot and the monk accepted his suggestion with a smile. So I bought 10 wooden combs.
The person in charge asked C: How many have you sold? Answer C: 1000. The person in charge asked in surprise: How is it sold?
C said that he went to a famous mountain temple with a lot of incense and incense, and there was an endless stream of pilgrims and donors. C said to the abbot: All visitors who come here to pay incense have a pious heart. Baosha should give something back to commemorate them, bless them with peace and good fortune, and encourage them to do more good deeds. I have a batch of wooden combs. Your calligraphy is outstanding. You can carve the words "Jishan Combs" and make gifts. The abbot was happy and immediately bought 1000 wooden combs. The donors and pilgrims who received the "Jishan Combs" were also very happy. As soon as it spread, there were more pilgrims and more incense.
Selling a wooden comb to a monk may sound unbelievable. The way A and B used to think was just ordinary sales skills, while C learned some professional knowledge and principles of Buddhism, but it produced different results. Developing new markets in places that others think are impossible is a real marketing master. After reading this story, yoga industry bosses {including yoga instructors} who have worked hard for another year, please think about it carefully. Yoga is not as simple as being commercialized. It itself has a wisdom culture with broad connotations; it can be seen that when you run yoga, without the wisdom knowledge and inner culture of yoga, how can you spread and promote your yoga?
Thinking 4 on "Smart Yoga":
A new disciple came to the stunt team. The master started teaching him from walking a tightrope. When practicing, this disciple always deliberately stayed on the tightrope. As a result, he always fell off after walking a few steps. After repeated practice, he sat on the ground in frustration and simply couldn't get up.
At this time, the master came over, patted the disciple on the shoulder and said with a smile,"Child, falling is not terrible. It is a prerequisite for steady walking. The scary thing is that you don't know the reason for falling." Hearing this, the disciple climbed up again to practice. The master warned from the side: "Walk, relax your body, adjust your mentality, and keep walking until you forget the existence of the steel wire and the matter of falling it. In this way, you will truly learn it."
Life is full of surprises. We learn yoga like practicing walking on a tightrope, with a smile, heads up and chest out. If we accidentally fall, we will stand up again; when we correctly apply the principles of yoga, we will no longer "accidents", no longer "fall", and find problems that hinder us, so that we will not stick to the tightrope. In this way, our yoga can walk more steadily than others and go longer.
Thinking on "Smart Yoga" Study Five:
A cleaner of a large company in South Korea was originally the most ignored and looked down upon character, but it was such a person who fought a life-and-death battle with the thief when the company's safe was stolen one night. Afterwards, when someone asked for credit for him and asked him about his motives for "bravery", his answer was unexpected.
He said: Every time the company's general manager passes by him, he will always praise him from time to time,"You swept the ground so clean."
You see, this simple sentence inspired and moved this employee. At critical moments, the cleaner regarded himself as a company. This is exactly in line with the old saying in China,"A scholar dies for his confidant." The famous American female entrepreneur Mary Kay, a professional manager, once said a thought-provoking sentence: "There are two things in the world that people need more than money and sex-recognition and praise."
Money is not everything in motivating subordinates, but praise can make up for it. Because everyone in life has a strong sense of self-esteem and honor. Your sincere praise and approval of them is the best recognition and attention of their value. Leaders who can sincerely praise subordinates can satisfy employees 'spiritual needs and stimulate their potential talents. The best way to impress people is sincere appreciation and kind approval. In a yoga studio, as a boss, in yoga class, as a yoga teacher, have you done this?!

An old carpenter was preparing to retire. He told his boss that he would leave the construction industry and go home to enjoy family happiness with his wife and children. The boss couldn't bear to let his good employees go, so he asked him if he could help build another house. The old carpenter said yes. But everyone could see later that the old carpenter was no longer interested in his work. He used soft materials and did rough work.
When the house was built, the boss handed him the key to the gate.
"This is your house," said the boss."It's a gift from me."
The old carpenter was stunned at this moment, and then ashamed. If he had known this was the case and was building a house for himself, how could he have done this?
How dare an old carpenter live in a shoddy house! Looking at the old carpenter, we look back on ourselves. Sometimes, this is not the case. Many of our yoga instructors are just thinking about interests casually, busy looking for jobs everywhere, tired to cope with their own classes, and put their hearts on the side of interests. When we realize our situation one day, we are already trapped in the "house" we built. As a yoga studio owner and yoga instructor, think about your restaurant and classroom: every day you knock in a nail-heart, add a board-care, or erect a wall-responsibility! Use your wisdom to build well! The benefit of your life is the only thing you create for yourself with an equal heart. It can never be smoothed out and rebuilt.
Remember this sentence: At any time, the benefits of a happy life are created by your own heart!
Learning and thinking 7 of "Smart Yoga":
A rich man in the city went to the countryside to collect land rents. When he went to the tenant farmer's barn, the rich man looked around and around, but he did not know when he lost his beloved pocket watch. The rich people were anxious, and the tenants did not know what to do, so they had to go and find everyone in the village to search for the pocket watch. The barn was rummaged through, but the pocket watch was still nowhere to be found. The sky was getting late, and the rich people looked disappointed. The people in the village also went home one by one, but one person stayed behind. "I am sure I will find your beloved pocket watch." The man told the rich man with confidence.
"Okay! Then please trouble you. I will reward you when you find it." The rich man said comforted her.
I saw this man leading the rich man into the barn. After finding a seat, he sat down quietly with him. At this moment, everything was quiet and silent...; At this time, a small voice could be clearly heard from the right rear corner of the barn-"Tick, Tick, Tick..." The man was as gentle as a cat. Walking in almost silent footsteps, he walked towards the right rear corner in search of the sound. Arriving nearby, the man leaned down with his ears to the ground, found the pocket watch among a pile of straw, walked out of the barn, smiled triumphantly, and walked towards the rich man.
We will encounter many things in our lives, many of which are difficult to solve. At this time, our hearts are entangled by intertwined troubles, and we are in a daze and don't know how to face them. If you can calm down and think, you will often understand it.
Remember one of the words of yoga: If you calm your mind, everything will suddenly become clear! (Internship Editor: Lin Xiaodong)
