What is yoga? Up to now, there are still many people who don't understand it. A month ago, I was also one of these people. I think yoga is a way of fitness like dance, with no skills or difficulty.

So I came to the yoga training class with a relaxed attitude. Through this month of study, I learned a lot about yoga and gave me a new understanding of yoga. After studying dance for fifteen years, I thought learning yoga was too easy for me. Unexpectedly, after the first yoga class, I realized that my thoughts were incorrect, because yoga requires concentration of breathing and mind, and it can also treat many chronic diseases. Practicing yoga has great benefits to the body, which is an effect that no other exercise has. As for myself, I often suffer from poor sleep, constipation, fatigue and other bad phenomena. After practicing yoga, all these symptoms are gone. I am very energetic every day, I eat more than before (I used to be very thin), and my sleep quality has also improved. After I realized these benefits, I mobilized my family to practice yoga. Because it allows us to regulate our body and mind well in a relaxed state, improve bad habits and lifestyles, improve our immunity, and make our lives more exciting and healthier.
